Times: Each course is a full day workshop from 9am – 5pm
Completing the 3 day Level 1 Teacher Training is recommended prior to attending any Level 2 course. If you would like to attend a specific day and have not yet attended Level 1, please contact us to discuss.
Cost – $300 (excl GST) for each day including course book, lunch and refreshments. If you are attending both days please make sure to add both days to the shopping cart.

In the event that you are unable to attend the event you have booked and paid for, you can transfer your ticket to a nominated new attendee or attend the next edition of the event subject to availability. To transfer the ticket you must notify us and provide us with the new participants full contact details at least 10 days prior to the event date. The new attendee must also meet any relevant pre-course criteria as applicable at least 30 days before the event starts. Any transfer of tickets will incur a $50 administration fee.
Level 2 is run a little differently to Level 1 and is a series of modules, each delivered as a full day workshop. This allows us to explore each topic in detail and provide age appropriate progressions, modifications for injury and allow for personal experience of the exercises.

Foot & Ankle Injuries in Dancers – Saturday 18th February
Many foot and ankle injuries stem from minor technical faults, repeated over and over again. Understanding the how and why of injuries such as Plantar Fascia Pain, Achilles Tendinopathy, Stress Fractures and Bunions will give teachers the tools they need to help avoid these often preventable injuries.
Flexibility Intensive – Sunday 19th February
The body of research & development around the art of flexibility, and especially the fascial system and it’s effect on our mobility continues to grow. Understanding the relevance of this to the dancer is essential for all students, teachers and health professionals. Many traditional stretches, and even many “Myofascial Release Techniques” may actually be doing more harm than good.
