This workshop has been instrumental in our pre-pointe curriculum, as well as including the exercises for core control, improving turnout, and preparations for grand jete during ballet class. For those dancers almost ready for pointe, we have 20 minutes set aside to work on exercises where they are needing improvement. Dancers are gaining strength in their stability muscles in their lower legs and upper body and learning their individual needs for improvement.
