Porque é que as Bailarinas Ganham Bolhas nos Dedos dos Pés? (Why do Dancers Get Blisters on Their Toes?)

Existem muitas razões pelas quais as bailarinas ganham bolhas nos seus dedos dos pés, e todas estas podem ser prevenidas!

1. De longe, a causa mais comum para a formação de bolhas nos nós dos teus dedos dos pés é teres os ‘dedos em garra’ nas sapatilhas de pontas. Eu consigo sempre dizer se uma aluna faz ‘dedos em garra’ quando esta me mostra os seus pés! É essencial que domines a extensão dos teus dedos correctamente antes de progredires para as pontas, para prevenires este problema comum. Se consegues manter os dedos ‘longos’ quando esticas o pé, existe muito menos hipótese de desenvolveres bolhas, e, assim, menos dor!

2. A segunda razão é um pobre ajuste das sapatilhas de pontas. Se a box da sapatilha for demasiado grande e o teu pé escorregar sempre que sobes nas pontas, poderá desenvolver-se uma bolha, especialmente nos dedos grande e pequeno. 3. Se suares muito nos pés, então a humidade pode causar maior fricção na pele e resultar numa bolha. Assegura-te sempre que tens proteções frescas e secas nas tuas sapatilhas e lava e seca bem os teus pés depois da aula! Secar cuidadosamente as tuas sapatilhas de pontas entre as aulas também pode fazê-las durar mais tempo!

4. Utiliza SEMPRE as tuas sapatilhas de pontas! Nunca peças em prestadas a uma amiga, pois estas estarão naturalmente moldadas aos seus pés. E também nunca emprestes as tuas!
