Whether you are a teacher or student you are now able to track and record your progress on our new Front Splits Fast Progress Sheets!

On the first progress sheet you can decide upon (and record) three key focus areas you wish to improve. Make sure you document your starting measurements, then record your improvements by recording your measurements for the forward reach and straight leg raise tests approximately once a month.

The second progress sheet will help you to keep track of your efforts to improve your flexibility by helping you document each time you do any one section or all of the exercises in the program.
