Dance/yoga teacher bringing understanding of STRENGTH MOBILITY & MINDFULNESS to dancers through safe dance practice and yoga philosophies (multifaceted approach to flexibility using breath, mind/body connection and full body relaxation). I am passionate about the holistic education of dancers – mind and body. For the past 13years I have worked as a DANCE TEACHER and CHOREOGRAPHER (within private studios and high schools). Prior to this, for 15 years I travelled extensively both nationally and internationally as a PROFESSIONAL DANCER. I share the information about fascia and safe stretching. I have used exercises from the front splits fast program. I also teach students your version of how to point into a theraband. I have shared your youtube videos with them during many different classes (I teach in high school).
