Bio

Alyssa trained primarily in a Vagonova-based style of ballet. She received full scholarships to many summer intensives and year round programs including Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre, Joffrey Ballet, etc. She stopped dancing at a young age due to injuries, but has catapulted that into a desire to help young dancers work correctly and be able to be strong, healthy dancers for years to come. Alyssa is also certified yoga instructor and enjoys sharing that passion as well.
