Domestic Delivery Policy:
The Ballet Blog dispatches products twice weekly on Tuesday and Fridays, all products ordered by 12pm (Sydney time) on any dispatch day will be posted that day.  If for any reason the order is unable to be fulfilled the client will be contacted via email within 24 hours (during the business week) to notify of any delay or arrange a refund.

All products will be shipped via Australia Post with an estimated delivery time of 2-5 days from dispatch date.

International Delivery Policy:

All products will be shipped via Australia Post Air Mail with an estimated delivery time of 5-20 days from dispatch date.

Please note that you may be liable for import duties and/or customs excise on your order and you are responsible for payment of these when the order enters your country. Details of this vary from country to country. In some cases the arrival of your product may be delayed for up to 5 days should it be held by Customs.

Refunds/Returns Policy:
If you are not satisfied with any of the products for any reason, please return the resources in good condition, with a letter explaining the reason for return, within 60 days and a full refund will be given.
